Timbuk2′s latest bag is called the Snoop and rightfully so since it’s designed to protect and transport your camera gear.  The interior is completely removable, which means the Snoop converts from a camera bag to a classic messenger bag in seconds.  The pockets can be rearrange according to what gear you’ve taken stock in and the rear of the bag has a padded slotted area for a 13 or 15-inch laptop.   What you can’t see in this pic are 3 pockets for accessing memory cards and other small goodies.

The Snoop is available in cement/revlon red (small only), gun metal/limeade (medium only) and black/gun metal for $120 (small) and $130 (medium).
